Sudeley Castle Cottages are the ideal choice for a walking or touring holiday, or simply as an escape into the Cotswold countryside.

Located on the edge of the Sudeley estate, these charming Cotswold holiday cottages are just a few minutes’ walk from the historic town of Winchcombe. All the cottages are available to let exclusively through Bolthole Retreats.

There are 17 Sudeley Castle Cottages in total, most situated around a central courtyard, ranging from apartments that sleep 3 guests, to large farmhouses that sleep 14. Many of them are also child and dog friendly.

One of the benefits of staying at a Sudeley Castle Cottage is that you enjoy free admission to the Castle & Gardens, during the open season. While this doesn’t include separately ticketed events, it makes for an ideal day out with the family.

The Sudeley Castle Cottages each have their own individual charm. Most have been cleverly restored and converted from existing properties, retaining many original and unique features. Lady Ashcombe herself has taken a special interest in the design and furnishing of the cottages, and has personally selected works of art, objects and furniture that reflect the history of each accommodation. Some of the items even come directly from Sudeley Castle’s collection.
